FATAG is a non-profit making organisation with funding received from our professional bodies and from conference fees. Enthusiastic arts therapists from all modalities are always welcome to join the committee, though music and dramatherapists are particularly encouraged to come forward. This work requires a contribution of voluntary time spent organising conferences and chairing meetings, but the job is interesting and rewarding and is much appreciated and valued by our colleagues.

The current committee members are:

Jessica Collier

Art Psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, author and visiting lecturer, specialising in working with women in prisons and offenders with personality disorders in secure hospitals and therapeutic communities.

Lorna Downing

Dramatherapist, specialist clinician, writer, supervisor and private practitioner with 20 years’ experience working in prisons and secure hospitals.

The John Howard Centre, 12 Kenworthy road, London E9 5TD -

Lucy Gibson-Hill

Art Psychotherapist currently working within a Low Secure Forensic Unit within the East London NHS Trust.  Previous experience includes working within a prison, with young offenders in the community, running a group for women in crisis and at a therapeutic community for personality disorder.
